By downloading, installing, or using the Zikirmatik application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.
2. Description of Service
Zikirmatik is a digital dhikr (remembrance) counter application that helps users track their spiritual practices. The application includes features such as:
- Personal dhikr counters
- Group dhikr rooms
- Statistics and progress tracking
- Premium subscription features
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the accuracy of their account information
- Using the application in accordance with Islamic principles
- Respecting other users in group dhikr sessions
- Not sharing inappropriate content
4. Premium Subscription
Premium features are available through in-app purchases. Subscription fees are charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zikirmatik is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this application.

3. Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları

Premium özellikler uygulama içi satın almalar aracılığıyla mevcuttur. Abonelik ücretleri Apple App Store veya Google Play Store hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin sonundan en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik olarak yenilenir.
5. Gizlilik

6. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Zikirmatik "olduğu gibi" sağlanır ve herhangi bir garanti verilmez. Bu uygulamanın kullanımından kaynaklanan herhangi bir zarardan sorumlu değiliz.

3. مسؤوليات المستخدم
المستخدمون مسؤولون عن:

- احترام المستخدمين الآخرين في جلسات الذكر الجماعية
- عدم مشاركة محتوى غير مناسب
4. الاشتراك المميز
الميزات المميزة متاحة من خلال المشتريات داخل التطبيق. يتم تحصيل رسوم الاشتراك من خلال حسابك في متجر Apple App Store أو Google Play Store. تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائياً ما لم يتم إلغاؤها قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية.
5. الخصوصية
خصوصيتك مهمة بالنسبة لنا. يرجى مراجعة سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا لفهم كيفية جمع واستخدام وحماية معلوماتك.
6. تحديد المسؤولية
يتم توفير الذكرماتيك "كما هو" دون ضمانات من أي نوع. لن نكون مسؤولين عن أي أضرار ناشئة عن استخدام هذا التطبيق.
7. التغييرات على الشروط
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق بعد التغييرات يشكل قبولاً للشروط الجديدة.
